Director will be responsible for several marketing aspects of the
business as well as oversee sales and catering of a community
oriented business. This person must drive sales by creatively

rewardsResponsibilities & Requirements are to assist the Marketing
Director in completing these tasks:Check emails and manage donation
and community partnerships dailyIncorporates the corporate campaign
into the localized campaign to fit the West Virginia market while
staying true to the Chick-fil-A brandPlan and produce monthly
events that create emotional connections with guests - experiences
they will tell others aboutCreate new POP material and insure all
in restaurant signage is up-to-date and tidyWork closely with
restaurant leaders and team members to understand the business,
relay important information, and to drive sales through team
member's suggestive sellingInteract within the community by
attending local events with the Chick-fil-A cow mascot, managing
Pop-Up events, and seeing and meeting local needsResponsible for
all aspects of sales growth, including but not limited to: check
average, overall sales/breakfast sales, growth in outside sales,
mobile orders, catering and third pary deliver services, social
media, event attendance, and guest countMust have VERY HIGH level
of multi-tasking skills and organizational skills (the ability to
stay focused on different tasks, and use your time, energy, mental
capacity, and physical space effectively and efficiently)Must have
knowledge of graphic design. Preferred knowledge of the Adobe Suite
(InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere)Building
relationships within the community (ie; distributing food and
catering menus to local businesses, setting up cross-promotions and
school programs, as well as involving Chick-fil-A in community-wide
events)Preferred previous experience in event planning and event
productionPreferred bachelor's degree or higher in one of the
following fields: Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, Media,
Public Relations, Business.Specific hours vary depending on the
task to be accomplished (will involve Saturdays, must have open
availability)Must be able to stand on feet for long hours and lift
40 lbs +Must have previous leadership experience in coaching
others, holding others accountable, and setting

fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the
beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no
added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our
restaurants. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several
times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the
day. Whole lemons are freshly squeezed in our restaurants and
combined with pure cane sugar and water (yep, thats all) to make
Chick-fil-A Lemonade. It may not be the easy way, but it's the only
