We have a tremendous opportunity for a true banker . Our client, a
local community bank, is looking for a Commercial Relationship
Manger to cover their KYOVA area customers. If you thrive bringing
the full complement of financial services to your customers, this
is the opportunity for you. Job Summary: The Commercial
Relationship Manager is responsible for the development of banking
relationships with business customers across the assigned region.
Makes and services a wide variety of commercial real estate,
consumer, and residential mortgage loans, along with deposit and
treasury management services. Responsible for related account
administration, credit extension, and business development
functions. The incumbent will represent the bank in the local
community through active participation in community affairs and
other networking opportunities. Essential Functions: Develop new
business by meeting with prospective commercial customers within
the target market. Meet with applicants to obtain information;
compile and analyze data for loan requests; submit applications to
credit analysts for preparation of financial analysis and approval
recommendations. Recommend products and services to potential
customers and handle inquiries from applicants including
explanation of the loan requirements and process. Screen loan
requests based on bank policies and procedures and on types of
loans offered. Prepare loan proposals and packages in accordance
with bank credit standards. Confer and work closely with credit
analysts to expeditiously decision loan requests up to your loan
authority. Present loan recommendations to senior management and/or
the management loan committee. Maintain an assigned portfolio of
business relationships ensuring adherence to quality and risk
standards determined by the bank. Build customer relationships by
cross selling bank products and services. Participate in community
and civic functions, either in an advisory or active capacity,
representing the bank, with emphasis on maintaining and developing

development or relationship management in the Lexington, KY area A
track record of building profitable relationships with businesses
in the market along with a network of COIs A history of doing the
right thing for your customers and the bank A history of
