The Relationship Banker serves as a key point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional front-line service with a primary focus on opening new deposit accounts and originating consumer loans. This role supports branch growth by identifying customer needs, recommending appropriate banking products and services, and ensuring a smooth and positive onboarding and lending experience. Pay: Based on experience $40,000-$50,000 salary Key Responsibilities: - Open and service new deposit accounts, - Originate and process consumer loan applications - Identify customer financial needs and recommend suitable banking solutions - Promote and educate customers on digital banking products and services - Provide operational and transactional support within the branch - Build and maintain strong customer relationships - Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines Qualifications: - HS Diploma or GED (Associates Degree Preferred) - previous banking experience preferred Mancan offers our temporary employees full benefits such as paid vacations, holidays, 401K, as well as vision, dental, and medical.
