TTEC - Project Director, Enterprise Transformation OfficeAs part of our Office of Strategic Transformation (OST), this individual will be responsible to drive innovation and change throughout the company by leading the largest and most strategic enterprise initiatives. This role is responsible to lead cross-functional teams creating the initiative strategy, investments and business case, execution plan and initiative implementation. This leader will be responsible for initiative communications across the Board, Executive Committee and other stakeholders as required. The Leader will have a proven track record of innovative thought, driving high performing matrixed teams, translating strategy into execution and delivery, strong business acumen, financial modeling, data analytics and project management. - -OST Leader Responsibilities:

  • Establish rigor and structure to new strategic initiatives including; team structure(s), execution framework, business cases, communications materials, project plans, updates/reporting et al
  • Drive and lead matrixed teams of cross-functional leaders and SME's to new levels of innovative thoughts and implementation of strategic change
  • Conduct data modeling and analytics to achieve an elevated level of performance
  • Prepare for and lead QBRs, stakeholder reviews and Board presentations
  • Responsible to "connect the dots", to identify and proactively mitigate cross enterprise project risks, interdependencies and blockers
  • Exercise solid project leadership skills combined with strong business acumen and in-depth analytical skills
  • Manage the overall customer relationship, have full command of the client business model, and demonstrate respect and responsiveness to client needs.
  • Responsible for building and maintaining business relationships, which includes working with all levels and organizations across the company -What skills you'll need:
    • MBA desired & 10 years professional experience in business consulting and or driving change initiatives
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage several deliverables simultaneously with different stakeholders.
    • High degree of comfort working in an unstructured environment that requires solving complex, open-ended issues with incomplete data and little direction
    • Proactive and results-oriented
    • Experience in and deep understanding of operating a large-scale Global organization
    • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in matrix organization; ability to work effectively with individuals from different countries and cultures; ability to influence Senior Executives
    • Mature relationship management skills, with an ability to quickly build rapport and trust of executive leadership
    • Proven ability to frame and structure problems, projects, budgets and initiatives, and synthesize complex information from a multitude of resources into an achievable and actionable plan
    • Demonstrated experience with strategic and operational planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, and coordination of people and resources
    • Excellent analysis skills and the ability to develop processes and methodologies
    • Strong business communication skills across various stakeholder groups up and down the organization; Board, Executive Committee, project team, lower level management and front line employees. This includes the ability to effectively present issues, ideas and solutions in logical and articulate manner.
    • Exceptional flexibility in managing shifting priorities, changes in direction, and competing demands, while balancing internal client needs and team requirements.
    • This role requires a self-motivated, innovative thinker with strong problem solving, interpersonal, and team building skills; with an ability to work with diverse stakeholders and influence/drive change across functional and business boundaries. -COMPENSATION & BENEFITS -The anticipated starting salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $87000-$149000 annually. This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program. Actual compensation offers to a candidate may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill levels. - -Benefits available to eligible employees include the following: -
