Job Description:
Job Description Responsible for assisting the project director
in implementation, execution, and completion of grant goals,
outcomes and activities. Duties for this position include:

education. ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT RESPONSIBILITIES : 3.1 Attendance
– maintains good attendance in coordination with UP&S policy.
3.2 Punctuality – reports to work on time and is ready for duty.
3.3 Uses time sheet to record time correctly for each pay period.
WORK ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES : 4.1 Collects and analyzes program
enrollment data 4.2 Works with subwardees to ensure reporting,
invoicing, and adherence to grant agreements 4.3 Disseminates
surveys to program participants, employers, and community partners
to provide input and evaluate program services 4.4 Establishes and
maintains positive professional relationships to increase program
awareness and enhance training and job placement opportunities 4.5
Participates in community meetings/events to increase program
visibility, community awareness of services, enrollment, and
partners. 4.5 Schedules and organize meetings/events and maintain
agenda 4.6 Maintains updated records 4.7 Submits accurate and
prompt data reports to program director and grant principal
investigator 4.8 Assists program director in implementation,
execution, and completion of grant goals, outcomes, and activities
4.9 Ensures absolute confidentiality with timely response to
information records concerning job seekers 4.10 Provide operational
supervision of CORE employment specialists across the 16- county
region including employee attendance, timesheet, travel, supplies,
onboarding and training, and management of employees in
coordination with the program director 4.11 Provide quality
assurance and data analysis using the program’s data management
system 4.12 Compile and report program data for the purpose to
support program funding, research, and to improve program practices
4.13 Preforms other duties as assigned or requested Other
requirements: Must have exceptional interpersonal with the ability
to receive and provide feedback Must have excellent numerical
skills and understanding of descriptive data analysis Must have
advanced knowledge and use of Microsoft Excel Must be proficient in
Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Visio and Outlook. Must possess
excellent time management and organizational skills Must be detail
oriented with results-driven approach Must be skilled at developing
rapport with clients and stakeholders from other organizations, and
maintaining working relationships that support the implementation
of services. Must have excellent verbal and written communication
skills as well as demonstrated skills in public speaking,
leadership, and group facilitation Must demonstrate a clear
understanding of professional boundaries and confidentiality when
working with individuals and the professional staff in partner
agencies. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable
transportation Ability to travel regionally and statewide as
required.
