Job Description Assist in coaching and mentoring of Division I
Track & Field student-athletes, including organization and
implementation of team’s training program and practices. Provide
administrative and organizational support for the program. Assist
with meet preparation. Assist with holistic development of Track &
Field student-athletes. Recruiting activities including campus and
home visits, identification and evaluation of prospects, phone
calls, correspondence, etc. Community involvement. Adherence to all
rules and regulations of Marshall University, SunBelt, and the NCAA
.
