Job Overview: Snow groomers play a crucial role in maintaining
the quality of snow surfaces. They operate various machines and
attachments to ensure that trails are well-groomed for optimal
skiing conditions. Key Responsibilities Grooming Equipment
Operation: Utilize machinery such as snowcats, skid-steer loaders,
and other specialized equipment to maintain trails during winter
months. Maintenance and Upkeep: Regularly inspect grooming
equipment to identify any issues or malfunctions. Perform routine
maintenance tasks to keep equipment in good working condition.
Accurately log hours worked, trail conditions, and any notable
events or incidents related to trail maintenance. Labor Support:
Collaborate with team members on summer trail projects involving
brush clearing, sign installation, and other duties as assigned by
supervisors.??
