Job Description Entry of academic history into Banner student information system of all coursework taken at other accepted, accredited institutions, as well as all test-based college credit (AP, CLEP , IB, DANTES ) and military evaluations. Entry of admission and readmission applications into banner. Additionally, this position is responsible for generating Transfer Equivalency Worksheets, entering all transfer equivalencies in consultation with admission officers, solicitation of student information, entry of admission decisions, corresponding with students concerning the proof of West Virginia or metro residency, Social Security number verification and other admission-related issues. This position will serve as an active and enthusiastic member of the Admissions team, including but not limited to, participating in events, assisting with data entry, general processing responsibilities, oversight of assigned areas of admission-related functions, assisting applicants in person, by phone and by email, and other duties as assigned.
