Job Description Job Description Process Engineer - Nonwovens
(South Carolina) A growing manufacturing facility is seeking a
hands-on Process Engineer to lead safety, quality, productivity,
and continuous improvement across key nonwoven processes such as
V-lapping, carding, laminating, die cutting, and thermoforming.
What You'll Do • Lead day-to-day process engineering for multiple
production lines • Support new product and process development,
plant trials, and scale-ups • Create process documentation (PFMEA,
control plans, flow maps, parameters) • Drive root-cause
investigations and continuous improvement • Establish data-driven
process limits and capability targets • Collaborate closely with
Production, Quality, R&D, and Maintenance What You Bring • BS
or MS in Engineering • 2-5 years of processing/manufacturing
experience (nonwovens/textiles a plus) • Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills • Experience with CAD, APQP/PFMEA, ISO
standards, or Six Sigma preferred • Ability to work
cross-functionally and lead process improvements Why This Role
