Responsibilities* Track and resolve property notices and citations* Order, install, and track wifi networks* Arrange and track keys* Track leases* Track security deposits* Conduct background & reference checks on job applicants* Arrange and track insurance coverage and claims* Arrange and track utilities* Arrange and track bills on auto-pay* Track city fees* Facilitate county property assessments* Track taxes* Create and maintain the property database* Track property deeds* Arrange and track business licenses* Arrange and track rental licenses* Support weekly payroll processes* Do office filing and documentationRequirements* Proven experience as a back-office assistant, office manager, or in another relevant administrative role* Working knowledge of office equipment* Excellent organizational and time-management skills* Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Proficiency in MS Office* Ability to use the Internet for research, collaboration tools, purchasing, and vendor interaction* Receptive to feedback, coaching, and directions* Collaborative, respectful, and self-motivatedJob Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hourSchedule:* 8 hour shift* Monday to Friday* Weekend availabilityAbility to commute/relocate:* Huntington, WV: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:* Administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
