Job Description:

Great Clips is seeking a Salon Manager to lead an awesome team and drive salon success.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of stylists and support their growth and development
Manage salon operations, including scheduling, inventory, and customer service
Develop and implement strategies to drive salon sales and growth

Ensure exceptional customer service and experience

Requirements:
- Cosmetology and/or barber license (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility and adaptability
