Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director, Innovation and
Incubation.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, oversee, and refine the innovation and incubation program
and services
Incubate new initiatives and ensure their integration into the
organization
Expand external partnerships and identify funding opportunities for
new initiatives
Required Qualifications
Minimum of seven (7+) years of management experience with strong
program and team management skills
Minimum of five (5+) years overseeing large-scale complex projects
or program portfolios
Expertise in innovation and incubation strategies, including design
thinking and agile methods
Strong strategic planning and execution skills for developing
scalable innovation frameworks
Proven ability to develop partnerships with funders and higher
education leaders
