About the JobFull-time Position working 7 pm-7 am (36 hours per week)The CNA works in the Hospice 14 bed inpatient unit located at 3100 Staunton Road Huntington WV.Duties:

• Performs and/or assists the patient with personal care activities as prescribed on the plan of care.
• Performs and/or assists the patient/family with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Reports patient status changes to the interdisciplinary team as needed.
• Maintains current and accurate documentation.
• Complies with policies and procedures of Hospice of Huntington, Inc.
• Protects the confidentiality of private health care information of patients.
• Represents the services and philosophy of Hospice of Huntington, Inc.Qualifications:
  • High school graduate is preferred.
  • Proof of nursing assistant certification.
  • Minimum of 1-year experience preferred.
  • Current driver's license, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation.
