  Home Health Physical Therapist Contract Details:- $2,100 - $2,300 per week- Paid by the hour - not by the visit- Travel and mileage reimbursement available on all contracts- Physical Therapist will have a designated territory of coverage with a set amount of patients- Home Health contracts with SHC require previous experience with OASIS/Medicare Certified Visits
