We are seeking a BE/BC Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Physician to join our team.

• Limited interventional requirements
• JCAHO s FIRST disease-specific certified Spine Center
• Blue Cross/Blue Shield Blue Distinction Center for Spine Surgery
• Large orthopedic practice
• Center for Pain Relief
• Local IP rehab hospital
• In-office EMG available Hospital Info:

  • Experienced mid-level support
  • ER: level 2 trauma center; 75,000+ visits per year

    • Standard term: 5 years
