Photo Identification must be carried on person during hours of service to client.Please require if nurse is working on a compact license.Facility will assign modules to HealthStream accounts prior to start. Candidate will use the login information they receive in their onboarding email from the facility. Modules may pend at start but they must be complete within a week of start. Facility will monitor the progress of the modules.
