Job TypeFull-timeDescriptionJob Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)Location: Skilled Nursing Facility, Long Term Care Facility, Assisted Living Facility,As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing quality care to our residents and ensuring their overall well-being.Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and record vital signs of residents
• Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans
• Communicate with physicians and other healthcare professionals regarding resident care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
• Provide emotional support to residents and their familiesRequirementsRequirements:Current LPN license in the state of WVMinimum of 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facilityKnowledge of nursing principles and practicesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficientlyPhysical RequirementsConsiderable physical activity:Requires heavy physical work; heavy lifting, pushing, or pulling required of objects up to fifty (50) or more pounds. Physical work is a primary part (more than 70%) of job.Push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of fifty (50) pounds to a minimum height of three (3) feet and be able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of fifty (50) feet.Standing and/or walking for more than four (4) hours per day.Bending and/or stooping for more than one (1) hour at a time.
