Surg for a travel nursing job in Parkersburg, West Virginia. Job
Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg - Discipline: RN -
Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift:
12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN - Med
Surg Job Details: • Work 12-hour night shifts with weekends as
scheduled • 5N Medical Surgical Medical Stroke unit assignment •
Patient ratio of 1:5-6 with support from 3 PCTs • Flex capacity up
to 35 beds with average daily census of 26-28 • Care for patients
with COPD, pneumonia, abdominal pain, occasional surgical overflow
including thyroidectomy procedures • Handle stroke patients after
TPA administration or lower level stroke care • NIHSS experience or
stroke experience highly preferred • EPIC charting system
experience and travel experience highly preferred • Required
certification: BLS (AHA) • BSN not required • Must provide
unexpired copy of driver's license with submission • License to
submit accepted, willing to wait for licensure • Acute care setting
• Cancellation policy: Client may cancel 2 shifts per 13-week
assignment and 1 shift for assignments less than 13 weeks Facility:
