Doctor of Medicine | Emergency Medicine Location: Pomeroy, OH Employer: Lancesoft Inc Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Description Coverage across multiple ED locations in Pomeroy, Gallipolis, and Jackson, Ohio Minimum of 5 shifts/month (8–10 preferred) ? 12-hour shifts: 8a–8p & 8p–8a Mix of free-standing and hospital-based EDs ??? Patient volume: 25–35 patients/day (average) 24/7 physician coverage with APP support (12p–12a) ?? No trauma designation – trauma patients transferred to tertiary centers No admissions at free-standing EDs; Hospitalist team handles at main hospital Physicians responsible for codes in the ED Start Date: As soon as credentialed (approx. 45–60 days) Requirements ? Requirements Board Certified (ABMS/AOA) in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine – Required Active Ohio license (IMLC accepted with proof of LOQ) – Required Certifications: ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS, NRP – Required COVID vaccination – Required 2 years of recent Emergency Medicine experience – Required Must be available for nights and weekends Benefits Benefits $300/hr compensation Flexible scheduling – minimum 5 shifts/month, option for more Multiple practice sites in Pomeroy, Gallipolis, and Jackson, Ohio ???
