Telemetry RN in Weston, West Virginia, 26452! Job Opportunity –
Medical-Surgical/Telemetry RN – West Virginia Start Date: February
9, 2026 Location: Weston, West Virginia Compensation: Details
provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 3x12 or 4x12 day shifts,
07:00-19:00, weekdays with every other weekend; float coverage as
needed Highlights: 13-week contract with potential for extension in
a 70-bed rural facility 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio on a 28-bed
Med-Surg/Telemetry unit with diverse case mix Care for adult,
geriatric, adolescent, and occasional pediatric patients in an
acute care setting EMR system: Cerner; 24-hour house supervisor
support available Daily census of 16-20 patients with full
interdisciplinary team support including PT, respiratory, pharmacy,
and rapid response 24 hours of paid orientation with modules
completed prior to start Requirements: Active RN license in West
Virginia or Compact state (pending license acceptable) Minimum 2
years of RN experience required; travel experience not required
Current BCLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association);
PALS preferred Strong telemetry skills including interpretation and
management of dysrhythmias Experience with IV management, blood
products, chest tubes, feeding tubes, and wound care/wound vac
Ability to float to ER and ICU as needed; charge experience
preferred Candidates must reside more than 100 miles from facility
(75-100 miles considered case-by-case) Flu vaccine required
(medical exemptions only); COVID-19 vaccine not required Why It's a
