Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Telemetry Location: Weston, WV Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $2,390 per week Shift Information: Nights - 4 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/9/2026 About the Position Job Opportunity – Medical-Surgical/Telemetry RN – West Virginia Start Date: February 9, 2026 Location: Weston, West Virginia Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 3x12 or 4x12 nights, 6:45pm - 7:15am, weekdays with every other weekend, float as needed Highlights: 13-week contract with possibility of extension in a 70-bed rural facility 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio with LPN support on night shift Acute care telemetry unit caring for diverse patient populations including occasional pediatric and adolescent patients 24/7 House Supervisor support available Cerner EMR system with comprehensive interdisciplinary team support including respiratory services, pharmacy, physical therapy, and rapid response teams 28-bed unit with daily census of 16-20 patients Requirements: Active West Virginia or Compact RN license (pending license acceptable) Minimum 2 years of RN experience required BLS and ACLS certification required via American Heart Association PALS certification preferred Strong telemetry skills including interpretation and management of dysrhythmias Experience with various clinical skills including IV management, blood product administration, chest tubes, wound care, feeding tube management, and non-invasive airway management Willingness to float to ER and ICU as needed Pediatric and charge experience preferred Must reside at least 75-100 miles from the facility Two manager or charge nurse references from within the past 2 years Why It's a Great Opportunity: This position offers the chance to utilize your advanced medical-surgical and telemetry expertise in a supportive rural healthcare environment where you'll make a meaningful impact across diverse patient populations.
