- Minimum of 2 years recent experience in Telemetry, Progressive
Care Unit (PCU), or Stepdown nursing - Current nursing license in
West Virginia or a compact license recognized in WV - Proficient
with Meditech Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system - BLS, ACLS,
and NIH certification required - Comfortable managing patient
ratios typically ranging from 1:5 to 1:6 - Reside within 100 miles
of Fayetteville, WV for eligibility Responsibilities: - Deliver
patient-centered care to individuals requiring telemetry monitoring
and stepdown level interventions - Collaborate with healthcare team
members to develop and implement care plans - Monitor patient
status, interpret telemetry data, and respond to clinical changes
promptly - Document care and patient progress accurately using
Meditech EMR - Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and safety
protocols Schedule: - 36 hours per week averaged over a two-week
(48-hour) pay period - Orientation offered bi-weekly with
flexibility for start dates - No block scheduling; shift ratios may
vary based on census and staffing This contract assignment requires
timely confirmation within 24 hours of offer acceptance, with
