Telemetry RN in Weston, West Virginia, 26452! Job Opportunity –
Medical-Surgical/Telemetry RN – West Virginia Start Date: February
23, 2026 Location: Weston, West Virginia Compensation: Details
provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 3x12 or 4x12 day shifts,
07:00-19:00, weekdays with every other weekend, float required
Highlights: 70-bed rural facility with 28-bed MS/Tele unit, daily
census 16-20 patients 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio with LPN support
on night shift and 24/7 House Supervisor backup Diverse patient
population including acute care, telemetry, and occasional
pediatric/adolescent cases 13-week contract with potential for
extension; EMR system is Cerner Flexibility to float to ER and ICU
based on facility needs 24-hour orientation period with
interdisciplinary support including PT, respiratory, pharmacy, and
rapid response teams Requirements: Active West Virginia or Compact
RN license (pending license acceptable) Minimum 2 years of RN
experience in acute care/telemetry settings Current BLS and ACLS
certifications via American Heart Association required; PALS
preferred Experience with telemetry interpretation and management
of dysrhythmias, IV insulin protocols, blood product
administration, wound care, and respiratory support equipment
Skills in managing conditions including post-MI, CVA, renal
failure, total joint replacement, and chest tubes Two manager or
charge nurse references from the past 2 years Permanent address
must be greater than 100 miles from facility (75-100 miles
considered case-by-case) Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions
