Registered Nurse (RN) | Operating Room Location: Charleston, WV Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $2,121 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/5/2026 About the Position Job Opportunity – Operating Room RN – Pediatric & Women's Specialty – West Virginia Start Date: March 5, 2026 Location: Charleston, West Virginia Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: Five 8-hour shifts per week with rotating weekday and weekend on-call duties; 40 guaranteed hours per week Highlights: 30-bed pediatric operating room unit serving patients from newborn to 17 years of age Level I Pediatric Trauma Center and Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at a major teaching hospital Both scrub and circulate responsibilities with diverse case mix including robotic-assisted procedures Cerner charting system with Accudose medication management Full interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams Free on-site parking for travelers Requirements: Active West Virginia or Compact RN license (pending license acceptable for submission; must be active by start date) Minimum 2 years of RN experience with at least 2 years of Operating Room experience Previous travel nursing experience required – first-time travelers not accepted Both scrub and circulate experience in pediatric or women's specialty settings strongly preferred BLS certification (American Heart Association required) Experience with pediatric general OR procedures, laparoscopic cases, and robotic surgery preferred Flu vaccination required during flu season (October 1 – March 31) unless medical exemption documented Permanent address must be at least 75 miles from the facility Minimum 2 manager or charge nurse references from within the past 2 years Why It's a Great Opportunity: This position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on children and families at a premier pediatric trauma center with state-of-the-art technology and a collaborative team environment.
