We are looking for a dedicated Locum Physician to provide high-quality radiology services in a dynamic, remote setting. This vital role offers the chance to collaborate with a leading medical management team, utilizing your expertise to support healthcare facilities while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Required Skills: Medical degree (MD or DO) with board certification in Radiology Valid state medical license for West Virginia or eligibility to obtain one Proficiency in interpreting XR, CT, MR, US, and NM modalities Experience with virtual colonoscopy procedures Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently in a remote environment Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor Nice to Have Skills: Prior experience in teleradiology or remote diagnostic imaging Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems Sub-specialty expertise in neuroradiology, musculoskeletal, or pediatric radiology Preferred Education and Experience: Completion of radiology residency and fellowship training Minimum of 2 years of post-residency diagnostic radiology experience Prior locum or temporary radiology positions preferred but not required Other Requirements: Ability to work up to 8 hours per shift, with flexibility for overtime and holiday coverage Competence in virtual procedures including virtual colonoscopies Reliable high-speed internet connection for remote work Must include malpractice insurance in hourly rate Position Details: Hourly Rate: $19.50/hour Expected daily volume of 90-100 cases with approximately 70 wRVUs Remote setting with a diverse case mix and sub-specialty cases, including ER and Nue Med cases Coverage includes holidays, overtime, and holiday overtime as needed Additional benefits include competitive pay packages, weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical coverage (W-2), referral bonuses, paid sick leave, licensure, certification, travel reimbursements, and more Take the next step in your radiology career by applying now.
