Job Description Job Description Position Overview Were seeking a
Director of Nursing to lead the Women's and Children's Health
division, overseeing clinical operations, patient care delivery,
and team development across maternity and pediatric services. This
role is ideal for a nurse leader with deep experience in
maternal-child health and a passion for collaborative,
patient-focused care. You'll be empowered to drive clinical quality
while fostering strong partnerships with multidisciplinary teams,

Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Active or
eligible Registered Nurse (RN) license in West Virginia Five to
seven years of progressive leadership experience in Women's and
Childrens Health Strong leadership presence with ability to engage
and lead multidisciplinary teams BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications
(or willingness to obtain within defined timeframe) Work Schedule
