This vital role offers the opportunity to work across multiple hospital sites, providing exceptional anesthesia care for adult patients undergoing a range of surgical procedures. Required Skills: Board Certification in Anesthesiology Valid WV State Medical License and DEA Registration Minimum of 2 years’ experience with Pediatric, Obstetric, and Cardiac anesthesia Proficient in supervising CRNAs ACLS and BLS certifications Strong clinical skills in full spectrum surgical procedures, including kidney transplants Experience working with EPIC EMR Nice to Have Skills: Experience with Pediatric or Obstetric anesthesia Familiarity with hospital operations across multiple sites Additional certifications in specialized anesthesia techniques Preferred Education and Experience: Medical degree from an accredited institution Residency and/or fellowship training in Cardiac Anesthesiology Prior experience in hospital-based anesthesia, particularly within general and specialized settings Other Requirements: Willingness to supervise CRNAs Flexibility for varied shifts, primarily 10-hour daytime shifts, with potential for night shifts (5x8-hour, 19:00 - 07:00) Ability to work at multiple hospital facilities: CAMC General, Memorial, or Women’s and Children’s Hospital Open to providing occasional call coverage; no guaranteed call shifts Credentialing timeframe of 60-90 days This role offers competitive compensation at $440.70 per hour, with weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), and a robust referral bonus program.
