Position Summary: We are hiring a Chemical Dependency Counselors Assistant (CDCA) to support clients in their recovery journey through individual and group counseling, assessments, case management, and crisis intervention. This is a vital front-line role in our clinical team. Key Responsibilities: Conduct one-on-one and group counseling sessions Assist with assessments and treatment planning Support clients in setting recovery goals and addressing barriers Provide referrals and coordinate community resources Participate in team meetings and maintain accurate documentation May assist with transportation or outreach as needed Qualifications: High school diploma or GED Active CDCA certification (or proof of submission) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Valid drivers license, car insurance, and reliable transportation Must be 21 and pass background check and drug screening Meets qualifications for case management services under COA standards Preferred Traits: Compassionate and client-centered Organized and detail-oriented Able to remain calm in crisis situations Comfortable working in a structured but flexible environment Benefits: Supportive team environment Ongoing professional training Opportunity for growth within the organization Make a meaningful difference in your community
