Job Description Job Description Description: Patient Population ages 65 and above Gassaway, WV onsite Up to $96,000 per year based on experience and licensure Schedule is Mon-Fri with no holidays, weekends, or on-call PMC will provide supervision for provisionally licensed Therapists or Social Workers if needed.
