Registered Nurse (RN) | Rehab Location: Charleston, WV Agency: Mindlance Health Pay: $1,756 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/19/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Mindlance Health to find a qualified Rehab RN in Charleston, West Virginia, 25301! ID: 75870674 Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00) Description: 2S Med Rehab RN3x12hr NIGHTS 7p-7a; weekdays, every other weekend, floatUnit Description: 24 Beds. Cerebrovascular disease, traumatic brain injury, amputees, spinal cord injuries, deconditioning, neurological diseasesSpecial Procedures/Unit Details: Each patient has a care team assigned to them. A physiatrist, NP, nurse, 2 therapist (depending on need which 2 they are), and social worker. The team collaborates to create a plan for the patient. Therapy works with the pt's 3 hours a day M-F. LOS is around 2 weeks.Orientation held every other week on ThursdayCerts Required: BLS (must be AHA), acute care rehab preferredRatio: Days 1:4/5, Nights 1:5/6Experience Required: 2 Years of RN Experience Required; 1 Year in-specialty Experience required; Charge exp preferredFirst-timers acceptedEvery other weekend requiredNo call requirementRN Can be floated within scope to meet facilities needs when requiredOpen to accommodating block schedule requests - discuss in interview100mi.
