Registered Nurse (RN) | Rehab Location: Charleston, WV Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $2,581 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/19/2026 About the Position ```htmlJob Opportunity – Medical Rehabilitation RN – West Virginia Start Date: March 19, 2026 Location: Charleston, West Virginia Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 36 or 48 hours per week, 3x12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM), weekdays with every other weekend, flexible block scheduling available upon discussion Highlights: 24-bed medical rehabilitation unit specializing in cerebrovascular disease, traumatic brain injury, amputees, spinal cord injuries, deconditioning, and neurological diseases Collaborative interdisciplinary care team model including physiatrist, NP, nurse, therapists, and social worker dedicated to each patient Average length of stay approximately 2 weeks with intensive therapy sessions 3 hours daily Monday through Friday Charting system: Cerner EMR with full interdisciplinary support including IV teams, pharmacy, respiratory services, and rapid response teams Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:5-6 on nights; float to medical-surgical units as needed within scope of practice Orientation held every other week on Thursdays; free parking garage available for travelers Requirements: Active West Virginia or Compact RN license (pending license acceptable at submission; must be active before start date) Minimum 2 years of RN experience required; 1 year in-specialty (acute care rehab) experience required BLS certification via American Heart Association required; acute care rehab experience preferred Charge nurse experience preferred Minimum of 2 manager or charge nurse references within the past 2 years Flu vaccine required during flu season (October 1 – March 31) unless medical exemption provided; COVID-19 vaccine not required Must reside greater than 100 miles from facility (75-99 miles considered case-by-case) First-time travelers accepted Why It's a Great Opportunity: This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact in the lives of rehabilitation patients through an evidence-based, interdisciplinary team approach.
