Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our interdisciplinary team, providing high-quality care for patients in both inpatient and home-based settings. As an integral part of our healthcare services focusing on rehabilitation and recovery, our Registered Nurses play a crucial role in enhancing patient outcomes through exceptional clinical practices, compassionate patient interactions, and effective coordination of healthcare services. This position offers the opportunity to work intimately with patients recovering from various conditions, ensuring they receive the comprehensive care prescribed in their tailored treatment plans. Assess patient health problems and needs while developing and implementing nursing care plans. Maintain medical records and administer care to patients within prescribed guidelines and treatment plans. Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care and rehabilitation. Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and health maintenance. Supervise junior nursing staff and assist in the training of new staff members. Strong clinical skills with the ability to perform essential nursing duties. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proven patient management skills to ensure a high level of care. Ability to work varied shifts, on-call as needed, and adapt to changing circumstances. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Active Registered Nurse License.
