Job Description:
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate and dedicated Registered
Nurse to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role involves
providing top-tier nursing care to patients undergoing
rehabilitation therapies across a range of conditions. The ideal
candidate will display a passion for healthcare and a commitment to

patient conditions by monitoring vital signs, performing physical
examinations, and obtaining patient histories. Create and update
patient care plans tailored to individual patient needs in
collaboration with the healthcare team. Administer medications and
treatments as prescribed and monitor responses. Advocate for the
needs of patients to ensure comprehensive care. Educate patients
and their families on conditions, therapies, and self-care skills.
Maintain patient safety and cleanliness standards. Document patient
care services by charting in patient records. Ability to perform
basic and advanced patient care tasks. Strong decision-making and
problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills. Proficiency in using healthcare software and patient
databases. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification. Advanced Cardiovascular
Life Support (ACLS) Certification preferred.
