Job Description:
Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join
our interdisciplinary healthcare team focused on providing
high-quality rehabilitation and recovery services. In this role,
you will contribute to individualized patient care, applying both
your clinical skills and compassion to enhance patient outcomes. As
part of Encompass Health, you will work in a dynamic environment

areas. Perform comprehensive patient assessments to determine
necessary care and treatment plans. Collaborate with a
multidisciplinary team to implement effective patient care
strategies. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and
monitor patients for reactions and side effects. Educate patients
and their families on diagnosis, treatment plans, and ongoing home
care needs. Ensure the accurate and timely documentation of all
patient care, including symptoms, interventions, and response to
treatment. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of nursing best practices
and advancements in healthcare technologies. Strong clinical skills
with attention to detail Excellent interpersonal and communication
skills Ability to make quick, informed decisions Proficiency in
electronic health record (EHR) systems Experience with patient and
family education Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state
of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Preferred:
Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN)
