Job Description:
Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join
our team of healthcare professionals in providing exemplary care to
patients undergoing rehabilitation. Our facility prides itself on

and improving quality of life. As a Registered Nurse at Encompass
Health, you will work closely with a team of skilled healthcare
professionals to deliver high-quality nursing services in a
compassionate and efficient manner. This role is pivotal in
executing our mission to help patients reach their highest level of
independence. Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and
implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records.
Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled
patients. Advise patients on health maintenance and disease
prevention or provide case management. Monitoring patient recovery
and compiling reports for the attending physician. Collaborate with
healthcare professionals to plan or provide treatment. Supervise
licensed practical nurses, nursing aides, and assistants.
Proficient in clinical skills Excellent interpersonal and
communication abilities Strong organizational and time management
skills Ability to handle stressful situations and emotional
patients Knowledge of healthcare software and systems Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Active Registered
Nurse license Basic Life Support (BLS) certified Advanced
Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
