As part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside healthcare professionals who are committed to excellence in patient care. Assess patients' health conditions and physical ailments to develop appropriate physical therapy treatment plans. Implement therapeutic interventions, effectively tracking patients’ progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop interdisciplinary care plans. Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and exercises that can be continued at home. Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Guide and supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and Aides. Strong understanding of various physical therapy techniques and equipment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple patient cases with diligence and empathy. Proficient in using healthcare information systems. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Licensed Physical Therapist in the applicable state CPR certified
