Previous Charge Experience - Patient Ratio Experience Description:
This position is for a Registered Nurse in a Medical Surgical -
Neuro unit. The role requires working three 12-hour night shifts.
The position involves caring for patients with conditions such as
CVA, TBI, and spinal cord injuries. The nurse will be responsible
for managing a patient ratio of 1:4 to 1:5. Floating to other units
may be required to meet facility needs. Every other weekend is
mandatory. Candidates must have a valid nursing license, with
pending licenses accepted. Certifications must be from an approved
agency. Documentation reflecting nursing qualifications should be
provided. Travelers will experience a supportive work environment
with various equipment and interdisciplinary support. All nurses in
this role are required to take the flu vaccine unless there is a
documented medical exemption. Covid vaccination is not required for
this position. Experience with Cerner charting is a plus.
Candidates with any probationary actions on their license will be
