Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: ICU Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Hours Experience: 2-5 Years Preferred License: Active RN License Certifications: BLS ACLS NIHSS Must-Have: Experience in ICU required Flexibility and dependability in scheduling Description: We are seeking an experienced, independent nurse to join our team. The role will involve working night shifts in the ICU. The nurse will need to manage a patient ratio of 3:1; one ICU patient and two step-down patients. Candidates should be adaptable to block scheduling. Weekend coverage is mandatory, with options for every weekend or every other weekend. The position requires strong clinical skills and the ability to meet facility needs through floating within scope. Candidates with a pending license are not accepted. A minimum of two years of nursing experience is required. The ideal candidate will be capable of performing critical procedures such as bedside central line placement and bedside intubation. Additional support in the unit includes respiratory services, IV teams, and rapid response teams. Patient demographics include adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are necessary for this role.
