About this role: As a Palliative Medicine Physician you will work
with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing
quality care and excellent patient experience. In this role, you
will collaborate with a dedicated RN, LCSW, and Chaplain. You will
practice at Logan Regional Hospital where you will play a critical
role in building a new palliative care service Your hours will be
Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm, no call Make a significant and

DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of
medicine Residency training in Family or Internal Medicine Board
certification or eligibility in Palliative Medicine Active,
unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one
Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or the ability to
obtain one Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s

Weekly Hours: 40 The hourly range for this position is listed
below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience. $7.25 -
