Physical Therapist Location: Hilltop, WV Agency: Bluebix Health Inc Pay: $45 to $48 per hour Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 14 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Provide rehabilitation care to patients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore physical function after injury, illness, or surgery. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate patients’ physical condition and functional limitations Develop and implement personalized treatment plans Administer therapeutic exercises and manual therapy Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Educate patients on recovery and injury prevention Maintain accurate documentation and patient records Collaborate with healthcare teams for coordinated care Requirements Requirements: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent Valid state PT license BLS/CPR certification (preferred) Strong clinical, communication, and problem-solving skills
