Physical Therapist Location: Elizabeth, WV Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,526 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: PT Specialty: Home Health PT Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Monday through Friday Hours per Shift: 8 am to 4:30 pm Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Required Certifications: BLS Certification Must-Have: - General duties listed under PT job description - Open, positive attitude about learning electronic documentation systems - Commitment to providing excellent care to patients Description: This position involves providing physical therapy services in a home health setting. Therapists will treat patients with various conditions, including general orthopedic issues, generalized weakness, and cardiac rehabilitation. The therapist will be responsible for performing evaluations and creating treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. On average, the therapist will see 5-6 patients per day. As part of the role, therapists will be required to travel to multiple counties. Self-scheduling is allowed, enabling therapists to manage their appointments effectively. There are no weekend or holiday requirements for this position. The dress code includes navy scrubs or khaki bottoms with a navy polo.
