As a Shift Leader, you will get to serve crave-able food, in a
timely manner, that meets or exceeds Chick-fil-A quality
requirements. You will enjoy a fast-paced work environment that is
both fun and safe. We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people
who enjoy serving guests and values teamwork
Responsibilities include:
- Coaching the behaviors of all Team Leaders and Team Members who
work front counter & drive-thru.
- This is a team leading role, there is no office work or
paperwork involved in this role.
- Train, develop, and recognize the best people.
- Serve guests by taking orders, handling cash & credit cards,
making drinks & desserts.
- Delivering meals to guests at their table or to a designated
pick up area, and providing excellent guest service at all
times.
- Stock sauces, cups, lids, ice, tea, etc. as needed to maintain
throughout your shift.
- Open and/or close the restaurant leading the shift.
- Manage daily activities to ensure guests recieve excellent
service, quality food, and accurate orders.
- Insures that Team Members work at a pace to maintain
restaurant's established speed of service guidelines.
- Insures that workstations are clean at all times and
demonstrate a strong awareness for food quality/safety
- Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all
employees with respect while providing them with direction and
feedback.
- Communicates employee performance and policy/procedure
violations to management for appropriate handling.
- Strictly adheres to all Company policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate a passion for the business and managing the overall
operations.
Additional Job Responsibilities:
- Be knowledgeable of all front counter & drive-thru work
stations.
- Sense of urgency that creates surprisingly fast Speed of
Service
- Attention to detail that ensures preparatrion procedures &
guest service expectations are followed
- Practicing food safety and maintaining a clean environment
- Maintaining a LEAN production environment

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 18 years old
- Previous leadership experience an asset
- MUST have OPEN availability (Meaning you can work anytime any
day, mostly mid-shifts 11am-7:30pm and 12pm-9pm)
- Ability to multitask
- Adaptable & flexible to change (adjust to multiple demands and
shifting priorities)
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 40lbs
- Honors and encourages other to follow the visions and values of
the restaurant
