TransAm Schwan's Kentucky Dedicated Truck Drivers Enjoy: Starting pay rate is $0.60 - $0.65 per mile, loaded and empty* We reward safety early and often—starting with a raise after your first 30 days if you stay accident-free and maintain a high safety score. From there, pay increases are reviewed bi-annually, giving you the opportunity to grow your earnings through safe, consistent driving.
