We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee all aspects of kitchen operations. This role demands a dynamic leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to providing exceptional food and service while maintaining operational efficiency. Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards. Manage and mentor kitchen staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management. Collaborate with restaurant management to align kitchen operations with overall business objectives. Maintain inventory levels and conduct weekly order supplies to ensure a well-stocked kitchen. Develop and implement new recipes and dishes in coordination with the culinary team to keep the menu fresh and appealing. Ensure timely preparation and presentation of food that meets Quaker Steak & Lube's quality standards. Monitor and manage kitchen-related expenditures, staying within budget constraints. Implement effective communication throughout the team to provide a seamless dining experience for customers.
