Job Description:
Aramark is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service
Supervisor to join our team in the Hospitality & Travel sector,
enriching the dining experiences at our varied locations. This role
is instrumental in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food
services, ensuring that each meal is not only delicious but also
meets our high standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate
will bring creativity and leadership to the position, fostering a

service excellence and innovation. Supervise and coordinate
activities of food service staff to ensure a high-quality dining
experience for all guests. Maintain inventory levels and conduct
full audits to ensure equipment and supplies are available in
adequate amounts. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and
sanitation regulations. Manage staff schedules, assignments, and
workflow to maximize efficiency. Train new and existing staff on
proper customer service practices and the specific operational
procedures of Aramark. Resolve customer complaints regarding food
quality or service. Participate in menu planning and ensure that
food quality is consistent and cost-effective. Conduct regular
inspections and make recommendations for improving operation
efficiency and enhancing the customer dining experience. Strong
leadership and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and
multitasking capabilities Profound knowledge of health and safety
regulations in food service Experience in food preparation
techniques and food quality evaluation Ability to work effectively
under pressure in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in inventory
