Supervise and coordinate activities of food service staff to ensure a high-quality dining experience for all guests. Maintain inventory levels and conduct full audits to ensure equipment and supplies are available in adequate amounts. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Manage staff schedules, assignments, and workflow to maximize efficiency. Train new and existing staff on proper customer service practices and the specific operational procedures of Aramark. Resolve customer complaints regarding food quality or service. Participate in menu planning and ensure that food quality is consistent and cost-effective. Conduct regular inspections and make recommendations for improving operation efficiency and enhancing the customer dining experience.
