Remote Call Center Trainer

As a Learning and Development Senior Trainer working remotely
you'll be a part of creating and delivering amazing customer
experiences while you also #experienceTTEC, an award-winning

Ready to help people reach for amazing? In this role, you'll
support and actively engage new hires and employees in a training
environment. You'll work to make sure each employee is set up for
success in their journey by registering associates for their
classes and delivering high quality training.
You'll report to the Training Manager In this role, you'll impact
learners through facilitating training programs.
Meet training completion goals
Learn key business objectives, timeframes, and requirements
associated with each training goal and class.
Understand and improve the key success metrics associated with
Provide, coordinate, analyze and consolidate all necessary data to
deliver training in a timely and accurate manner following client
requirements and company standards
Have an active Resident State Insurance License or the ability to
successfully complete the college of insurance program and obtain a
1-year minimum experience in training and/or adult learning
- PowerPoint), Oracle, Kronos, Tandberg or ability to learn
- Call center experience
- Computer experience with MS Office, customer relationship
management applications, and learning management systems. -
Depending on location, you may be asked to be onsite and/or travel
to a location for a predetermined time. -
