• Lead and guide a team of architects across complex, multi-practice, large E360 CX, business and technology transformations
• Leads end to end successful delivery of enterprise projects ensuring both Client and Project Success.
• Leads multiple workstreams into a unified solution architecture to solve for the client business challenges.
• Articulates overall roadmap and architecture vision to the client and project team.
• Accountable for a unified functional and technical solution across all workstreams.
• Manages client engagements at all levels of client interaction with responsibility for product and technical content.
• Leads the project team to develop optimal solutions for client business challenges. - Guides the client through design, architecture, estimate, and delivery.
• Wins new business by working cross-functionally with sales and delivery to develop client proposals and presentations around process and solution options, clearly explaining technical concepts for shared understanding to facilitate decision-making.What You Bring to the Role -
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field preferred. Master's a plus.
  • 5 years of work experience with large/enterprise companies and providing high level CRM consulting services to clients at all levels of within an organization.
  • 10 years of architecting and implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM (D365 CE)
  • Minimum of 10 years' project leadership experience, including 5 years' experience leading enterprise-level projects in a professional services or consulting environment.
  • Possess background in the majority -of the following functions: Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service, Portals, Customer Insights and Power Platform
  • Willingness and ability to quickly learn new features and functionality in the Microsoft Dynamics and PowerPlatform stack.
  • Ability to determine when to use out of the box Dynamics features versus custom codeWhat You Can Expect -The anticipated range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $170,000 - $230,000. This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program.
