Job Description Job Description Position Summary: Xcal Tools is seeking a reliable and experienced Shipping Lead to oversee daily shipping operations in our manufacturing facility. This role is hands-on and leadership-focused, ensuring products are shipped accurately, on time, and in compliance with company standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate daily shipping activities Prepare and verify shipments for accuracy and quality Schedule and coordinate carriers and freight pickups Maintain shipping documentation and records Ensure compliance with safety and company procedures Train and support shipping team members Communicate with production and inventory teams to meet deadlines Qualifications: Prior shipping, logistics, or warehouse experience required Leadership or lead experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organization skills Ability to lift, stand, and work in a fast-paced environment Forklift experience a plus Benefits: Paid Time Off (PTO) 12% 401(k) match Medical, dental, and vision insurance
