Job Description Job Description 10-4 Logistics USA is seeking full-time W-2 Class A CDL drivers based in Charleston, West Virginia, including recent CDL graduates and candidates with limited professional driving experience. Positions are available across OTR, regional, and dedicated fleets, with routes primarily operating east of I-35. Primary responsibilities: Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies. Execute scheduled pickups and deliveries, maintaining on-time performance. Maintain accurate ELD logs, trip reports, and DVIRs. Perform and document daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and related required duties. Follow company safety procedures and communicate effectively with dispatch and support personnel.
