Manpower of WV is seeking Workforce Trainers for an employer in Wayne, Lincoln, and Putnam counties. The trainers will supervise and conduct pre-employment training/certification programs to improve participants workforce readiness skills.Responsibilities:Implement virtual, in-person, and/or electronic training programs focused on workforce readiness.Follow prescribed components of developed curriculum.Maintain accurate participant training records and reports.Work cooperatively and collaboratively with various departments and provide requested information and reports.Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Professional four-year degree with emphasis in Education or Business.Previous supervisory experience and experience in training adults.Ability to build rapport with trainees.Knowledge of computers and various software programs.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational and presentation skills.Teach or instruct work-related subjects to students who have graduated or left high school. Includes correspondence school instructors; industrial, commercial and government training instructors; and adult education teachers and instructors.
